I went to the Bull and Bear inside Waldorf Astoria Orlando and it lived up to the hype. It had an old Chicago steakhouse feel, beautiful lighting. I don't fully understand what a mousse bouche is, but I had it. It was tasty. Oh my God, the bread was so good. Their pasta explosion is like taking a load of joy straight to the taste buds. Thought we'd see fireworks, but for some reason they were just bat signaling to the sky over at Disney. The bacon mac and cheese was absolutely to die for. We opted to share a sea bass and a filet mignon and the server did this entire presentation of making the plates. where they split both things for us on individual plates and he still made it look beautiful as opposed to us just sharing little plates on the side and cutting stuff up. I mean, look at the attention to detail. Gustav deserves a raise. I can't remember if that's really his name. I think it is though. My God, they hired a man named Gustav.
