I went to the hottest new Chinese restaurant in Midtown called Blue Blossom. I knew I had to order their signature bao platter after watching them make the dumplings fresh in their open kitchen. You also couldn't resist their roasted Peking duck. It comes with perfectly thin steamed pancakes for you to wrap up all their ingredients. Favorite dish of the night had to be the hot stone braised rice. It's made with penny bun which is a type of mushroom and is mixed with an incredible sauce with just a hint of spice. It is served in a sizzling hot stone bowl creating bits of be rice there was no way i was leaving here without trying their mango pomelo sago and jasmine tea jello you need to give this place a try
