The long way is the shortest way and the only way. Quick fixes do not work. We see this time and time again with yo-yo dieting, with people cheating their way to get to the top only until they get caught, for people to gamble their money and then end up losing their family. Quick ways are never the best ways. When you want to reach a fat loss goal, you do it right. When you want to train, you do it right.
