Seoul, this place is serving up gnocchi like you've never had before. Aungsemi isn't just a meal, it's a whole experience. From the DIY barley rice flavor bomb to the delicious dumplings, every dish feels like its own highlight reel. Solo dining is welcomed, but to tackle this menu, you're going to want to share. The portions are huge, but save room for that buckwheat kimchi crate. Because it's hands down the best I've ever had. But the real MVP here is the Aungsemi. These Gangwon-style Korean potato dumplings are super chewy and soft. Kind of like potato titiak baki, but with a mochi twist. When you pair them with those perfectly cooked all-dente buckwheat noodles, it's a total game-changer. I rolled out of their like a human potato but with zero regrets. I promise.
