@hungere-for-diy's Review of Kothai Republic - San Francisco, California

Have you been to Kotai Republic in San Francisco yet? I came here to check out their brunch menu and the food here was so beautifully presented and so delicious. I cannot wait to share this place with y'all. You have to check them out. I actually had a hard time choosing what I wanted to try because everything on their menu looks so good. We got a few drinks to start with and I highly recommend their orange juice. I would definitely recommend getting a few different dishes to share that way you can try more things. This was their B&E. Bacon on this was so thick and highly addictive and the crispy potatoes were amazing. We also got their sandoah benedict. The eggs were cooked so perfectly. This was probably the runniest yolk I've ever had and the brown butter hollandaise sauce that it came with was perfection. Next up were their fluffy cakes. I think these were definitely some of the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had. I would definitely order these again. And the last thing we shared was this really custardy toast. It was indeed very custardy. I cannot describe how scrumptious this was. I thoroughly enjoyed each bite. I'm telling you, you have to check this place out.
