So, you want to know where to find ramen in D.C.? I have a spot for you. So, Jinya Ramen Bar. Everybody in the D.C. area probably already knows about Jinya, but they do have a new location. It's at the Parks at Walter Reed. It's their newest location. They have all the same great ramen, but they do have a few new apps. I got the crispy rice with spicy tuna on top. I'm a texture person, so I really like the texture of that. I got the... cha cha cha. Now the cha cha cha is a tonkatsu kind of broth which means it's a thick pork broth but the difference is it's super garlicky. That's one of the things I love about it. It's on the menu now. It's a secret menu item if you go to other locations.
