Everything I ate, as a vegan, is carrot. Started with traditional coffee called Café de Ola. It's made in a pot with spices. For dinner, we went to one of their buffets at the beach. The vegan options were labeled. My favorite was the caprass with tofu, the pozole and their beet salad wow. Had some pozole, three plates of any vegan finds, and agua fresca. I tried them all. The best was soar sop yum. Had some fruit with a sweet crunchy type of bar. Before the big show we had hot sauce and chocolate. Don't knock it till you try it. That's all my eats at's carrot.
