A handheld video captures the bustling atmosphere of Borough Market, focusing on a street food vendor preparing a signature dish. The camera pans across rows of fresh strawberries before settling on the vendor operating a machine to pour a warm, brown sauce over the fruit.

The video shows a martini glass with sugar cubes being poured into it, followed by a pink liquid being added, creating a smoky effect.
