@the_hanna_manning's Review of Urban Hai - Atlanta, GA

I selfishly want to gatekeep this place, but for the good of the community, I won't. Welcome back to Hanna in Atlanta, and today we're having lunch at Urban High Chinese in Midtown. Today we had the spicy brisket noodles, eggplant with Thai sauce, sweet and sour spare ribs, and eventually soup dumplings. And I personally really liked this noodle dish. My poor husband thought it was a little bit too spicy, but I'm crazy and I love extremely spicy food. I unfortunately forgot to grab a video of the Thai eggplant, but it was delicious. And the spare ribs are also fire. My husband and I usually go family style and we like to try a bunch of dishes. And always the soup dumplings are one of the last ones to come out, but it is worth the wait. Now, I don't quite have the technique down to eating soup dumplings, but I made sure not to spill any of the soup today, so I'm gonna take that as a win. And today we were celebrating a special event, so of course we had to get some fried ice cream for dessert. And I know this is not necessarily authentic Chinese food, but it was still delicious and we wanted a sweet treat. if you're in the mood for a family-style meal that is absolutely delicious, come check out Urban High in Midtown.
