Wippa Arepa is at 2 Fort Washington Avenue, which means it's way north in Manhattan, but the empanadas are fantastic. It is a small place, but good things come in small packages. It is Venezuelan by design, so the menu is going to reflect that. It kind of has that Caribbean feel to it. The fried cheese is amazing, and the sangria, oh, scrumptious.
