Boston Eats, part one, cannoli. Bova's Bakery in the North End. Go for the ricotta cannoli. This one surprised me. Old school, all night, no fuss. Modern pastry on Hanover Street. Start with the lobster tail pastry, not the classic move. Bright Case, serious. pastry shop. Mike's Pastry in the North End. Get the chocolate chip cannoli. Good move if you want range. Classic, crowded, still. sharp. Okay, modern pastry shop on Hanover Street? Yeah, this looks stacked. You get that box reveal, then boom, a full lineup of cannolis with powdered sugar all over them, and a slice of tiramisu tucked in there too. Then the close-up hits on that chocolate-drizzled cannoli, and you can really see the bubbly shell, the cream packed inside, and all that texture. Super old-school North End energy. Comment which one you're hitting first.
