Melbourne, Paninoteca SPA in Coburg has stood the test of time having been in business producing the best in Sicilian inspired panini since 2016. And I say non te cara va bene costi, or don't mess with a good thing. The combinations are endless and they truly are the purest when it comes to panini perfection. Okay, so their chips aren't the same as circa 2016, but they are still good too. I promise.
