China Garden, located in Irvine, California. I saw this location on a social media platform and decided to try it myself. It is one of the few remaining traditional dim sum where they serve dim sum in the cart style. We waited about almost an hour on a Saturday afternoon to be seated for dim sum. Overall service was mediocre, which that means I know the food is usually decent. I will say some of the dishes were better than others. I really enjoy the siu mai. The beef rice noodle I've had better. The barbecue buns were actually very, very good.
