These handmade Chinese-influenced noodles and dumplings hit hard. Smashed their dandan noodles, beef noodle soup, but the scallion noodles were the surprise standout. Sweet soy, shallot, and scallion had such a rich depth of flavor. They also have made-to-order breads. I tried the lamb and cumin bread. And the fucking dumplings. Pork and chive in a broth swimming with chili oil, green onion, and sesame seeds. Heads up though, Laopangyo is closed Monday through Wednesdays. Highly recommend this spot for your noodle and dumpling fix in West Town.
