Come with me to the Mercado de Bolhao, a popular food market in Porto, Portugal. I absolutely loved all the mouth-watering fresh fruit, seafood, and tinfish, especially sardines. To commemorate the trip, I tried fresh sea urchin for the first time. It's rather soft but had a sharp, earthy taste and was complemented perfectly with its splash of lemon. And of course, we got some oysters. To wash it all down, we had a papaya and dragon fruit cup from a local vendor. Ciao!
