After trying out a baka in the outside lands, we made it our mission to check out the restaurant. They recently received a Michelin guide, so we were pretty excited. We chose to do the tasting and we started out with some hors d'oeuvres. I will be dreaming of this smoked salmon sinigang with wine sorbet. It was so good. The abs were amazing too. The mussels was so fresh with a hint of spice and the wings reminded us so much of the skewers in the Philippines. I will be honest though, the entree was a little underwhelming. The sisig rice carried this whole dish, but the steak was way too tough. The dessert was like a chocolate version of putubumbu. But I think the mango sorbet was a little out of place.
