Ching Shang Yun or QXY Dumplings is a heavenly place with some of the best dumplings in Chicago's Chinatown. We ordered the shrimp, pork, and leek dumplings, lamb and coriander, black truffle and wagyu beef, and their wood ear mushroom salad. They are crowded all day, every day, okay?
