Everyone and their mother knows that New York is expensive, but what you might not realize is how much stuff you can do for free. I signed up for a free yoga class at Bryant Park through Eventbrite, and it was honestly incredible. I got to Manhattan early and went to Five Below so that I could get a yoga mat, because I've never taken a yoga class in my life. Then I headed over to the park early so that I could get a good spot, and people started to trickle in until it was packed. This is going to sound so cringy, but this was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. This was happening in the middle of during rush hour and it was still somehow so peaceful and relaxing. And don't forget, completely free.
