Hey, today I'm at Polly G's Slice Shop, the next stop of my New York City pizza tour. Polly G opened his popular restaurant featuring rustic, Neapolitan-style pizza with eclectic toppings in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in 2010. His Slice Shop was opened in 2018 with a more 1960s pizzeria feel. Today I'm trying the Mutts and the Hellboy Slices. The crunchy crust, crushed tomatoes, and spicy pepperoni on the head. Hellboy, went perfectly with the hot honey. Check out that pepperoni. And check out that drip. Next, the Mutz, which was a delicate mix of mozzarella, pecorino romano, topped off with chopped garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Look at that now. This place is a definite must-try in Greenpoint.
