@i-need-to-eat's Review of 4 Charles Prime Rib - New York, NY

This is the best burger I've had in New York City, but you have to pay $50 for it. Fort Charles Prime Rib is one of the most difficult New York restaurants to get a reservation at, partly because of its small space with no bar area. But the goddess of residency finally descended upon us, and we were able to secure a reservation. It's a beautiful restaurant. When you walk in, you notice the restaurant is filled with crystal chandeliers, plush leather seating, and dark wood walls. And this is where you have to get a burger for appetizer. Please don't forget to add the farm egg and the bacon to the burger. The burger was definitely the highlight of our dinner and it's no wonder because Fort Charles was opened by the famous Chicago burger joint Au Cheval. The steak was also really good but there are also many many other good and arguably better steakhouses in New York City. The truffle mac and cheese was an awesome companion to the meal. The dessert was also pretty good but nothing extraordinary. Definitely check out this awesome restaurant if you can get the reservation.
