Southport City Pier in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina

A panning video shot at dusk or night from a waterfront promenade. The camera moves along a concrete walkway with a metal railing, showing a calm body of water reflecting the sky and lights. In the background, there is a building with a lit roof and a small tower, possibly a restaurant or pavilion. A few people are visible walking or standing near the building. The sky displays a gradient of orange and blue hues.
