@regaleats's Review of Astros Cafe - Melbourne, AU

Melbourne Astro's Cafe is serving up some seriously satisfying comfort food in the form of some epic toasties in the CBD. The three cheese unfortunately lost its cheese pull my camera first, but where the stretch may have failed flavour definitely didn't. And that tender slow-cooked BBQ brisket smothered in smoky sauce, melted cheese, and pickles was insanely good even before being dipped brisket style into the very juices the meat was cooked in. Yet the surprising winner was in fact the shredded chicken toastie broth combo deserving just as much dipping action as brisket broth, I promise.
