There's an underground restaurant hiding in the River North that you could easily walk past. Head downstairs and you'll find the Franklin room with some modern American tavern where the menu pulls inspiration from cuisines all over the world. They have a whiskey key. You can purchase a bottle and then store it there to drink whenever you want, but the menu has everything from Korean inspired flavors on that forty eight hour brace short rib to lamb chops with chimney churi and then this chicken rule it was served in its rich masala butter sauce and that prime bone and ribi was definitely something to tackle but even the sides get created they have items like tarot fries and potato nuggets but what shock me the most was this drink I got called the summer wander. It's made with vodka carrot ginger and citrus. It was so good. Oh wow, that's good, isn't it? Now you know what's behind downstairs in River North.
