Located under the arches on 12th Ave between 133rd and 135th Street, the Uptown Night Market is back in Harlem every Thursday this summer. This festival celebrates with local vendors, small and upcoming businesses in the community, live music, and of course, you do not forget the food, food, and food. First off, we decided to get Bronx Burger Show. Look how juicy that looks. Made with brisket chucks in the blend. Topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and BX sauce. And it was delicious. Now this one caught us by surprise. We had fried cookies and Oreos. But watermelon? Count us in. Served as bite-sized balls. Icing on top of each one. Every bite had just enough crunch from the crust. Then you hit that fluffy cake. Only if you met with a juicy Christmas. Sweet watermelon, it is worth every bite.
