Have you been to Crushed in Danville yet? I love coming here, usually with my girlfriends for brunch or an afternoon work wind down. I finally brought the hubby and we hit their seafood cart. It's available every Saturday and Sunday from 10.30 to 1. The oysters were so fresh and we even got a little fancy with some caviar on top. Definitely check out their brunch menu. I'd never had duck confit on a waffle before, but it just works. And the oats on top added the perfect crunch and the duck was seriously melt in your mouth. The avocado and egg toast was another highlight. perfectly poached egg with a runny yolk and that salty pot from the row. The billionaire's bacon, totally worth it. Sweet, savory, and addictive. From the everyday menu, we got the heirloom tomato tartine. This was my favorite. The bread was crisp and the tomatoes were bursting with flavor. We also tried the burrata and stone fruit. The burrata was rich and creamy and the tart fruit balanced it beautifully. If you really want to indulge, go for the bottomless mimosa. It's the perfect way to kick off your weekend.
