Oh my god, you have to come to Turkey with me. Okay, not literally, but the moment you walk into Miriam Coffee in downtown Orlando, you're transported. The smell of fresh spices, the sound of coffee brewing over hot sand, is like stepping into a cafe somewhere in the Middle East. Named in honor of a young girl whose spirit inspired it all, Miriam Coffee is more than just a coffee shop. It's a celebration of Arabian heritage, tradition, and hospitality. I started with their Turkish coffee with cardamom brewed in sand and yes is actual sand is strong smooth and deeply aromatic it's the kind of coffee that makes you pause and savor the moment right after that i had the za'atar flatbread soft savory and covered in a fragrant mix of thyme sumac and sesame seeds it's warm earthy and full of flavor then came the adani chai tea and yes a yemeni style tea brewed low and slow with milk and spice creamy comforting and packed with and just when I thought I was done I tried their strawberry popping boba shake fun fruity and refreshing a playful twist that brings something modern to the table. In a city full of coffee shops, Miriam Coffee stands alone. You rarely find a place like this in Orlando where every drink honors Arabian roots and every detail is crafted with cultural pride. Visit them at 361 North Rosalind Avenue in downtown Orlando and follow them on Instagram to explore more. This isn't your average coffee. It's Arabian heritage served daily.
