Have you tried these kimchi cheese rice balls yet? They're called kimchi cheese ??? in Korean. I stopped by Seafood City for a few groceries and spotted these in the freezer section. These are made by a brand called Chaeon. There were only four rice balls in the bag and it cost $9, so it was just over $2 for each. Not too bad. The direction said air fryer or microwave, but I don't have an air fryer, so I microwaved them first to warm them up, then crisp them on a cast iron skillet with a bit of oil. I made sure to rotate it around so it didn't burn. Just listen to that exterior. These were actually really good. I had to take a couple bites to get to the cheese and I do wish the cheese was a little saltier but I was surprised that I got a solid cheese pull. Overall a great snack. I would definitely get these again.
