Halo Saints, come with me to Flippin' Patties to try out some Filipino food at the Eldridge Parkway location. I started off with the flippinadas, which is basically a handcrafted wagyu beef empanada. For the entree, I had the Flippin' Patties burger, beef medium well. I had the panko crusted portobello mushroom. It was just so juicy. Look at that. Overall, I'd give this place a 9 out of 10. Make sure you check them out if you're in Houston.
