Best sushi in Arizona? Let's make it! Every time I get somebody new, this is what I teach them. I'll start with the nori. I'll start down the middle and I'll try to do a line that's evenly across. Just try to use your thumb to evenly put the rice up to the top. Cover the corners and the edges. And flip. Take it. Two, one. Watch your hand. Put it in the front. Focus on the corner first and then just follow it in. Nice! I'm trying to squeeze the bottom, keeping the round shape. There it is. The middle again. Who did it better? There we go.
