New Restaurant Friday, episode 94. Brisket and rice sells classic barbecue dishes as well as Vietnamese influence dishes. The Portman's Mac had a really great acidity to it that balanced out with the fatty meats. The elote and the stuffed potato salad were also one of our favorites. The brisket was tender and fall apart as well as the pulled pork was super juicy. Fared really well with their barbecue sauce that was a little bit tangy. The best dish of all though was definitely the barbecued fried rice. If you only had to get one thing from the menu, I highly recommend this dish.
