@fulltimefoodieatl's Review of Cobb Galleria Centre - Smyrna, GA

The Dessert Wars National Championship was last Saturday and I got to check it out. As you can see the line was wrapped and this was right before four o'clock. I got the general admission ticket which was $60 and it included 30 taste tickets which was about $2 per dessert. This is national so these are the winners from all over the country. I went to Heirloom Donuts first because their line was so long I didn't get to try them last time and they gave me a free cake with my donut. The quality of the desserts was good last time but this time it was definitely elevated the decorations were elevated as well this was one of the cutest places i saw and it honestly just kept going like everywhere had the cutest decorations and i had to stop by the milkshake martini before their line got too long and this is the line after i stepped out of it but i got their biscoff um milkshake it was really good i'm not a fan of biscoff cookies but this was really good the overall presentation of everything was amazing and all the lines moved pretty fast honestly they were giving out slices of cheesecake i got the pistachio one which was good but i wish i had gotten the regular one but there were so many to choose from like it was crazy it's just not amazing i wish i got a slice of this and i had to stop by and get some free milk because those sweets were tearing me up like tearing me up y'all and some more beautiful decor then had pavlova this is my first time having pavlova which was very different but good I had to go back to this stand twice y'all because their donut holes were so warm and good like they melted in my mouth I swear like it was one of the few places that I actually went to twice even Willy Wonka was there y'all see how long heirlooms line got like I'm so glad I went there first overall I did find the dessert quality a little bit better this time which made it harder to choose um someone to vote for and all these places ate my tickets up y'all it makes me wish i splurged for the vip ticket but i could not justify 80 for desserts so this time i did vote for sweet peach confections they had one of the best chocolate chip cookies i've ever had in my life and they were also one of the only places that i went back to twice that chocolate chip cookie that you see in my plate that is from them that's the second chocolate chip cookie that i got from them overall i had a great time left with a full belly thank y'all for watching
