If you're looking for a good happy hour in Santa Monica, I got you. Max and I stumbled across this cute restaurant called Lulu that had such a great atmosphere. It has one of those like indoor-outdoor vibes. We ended up getting two cocktails and five things off of the happy hour menu, which equaled $69 before tax and tip. I know that's still considered pretty expensive, but being Santa Monica and happy hour, we did get a lot of food, so I feel like it was worth it. it obviously they have a much more extensive full menu but if you're looking for some quick bites and to save a few bucks the food was great and we loved it here
