Hello friends, it's Gokhan again from El Turgol. I'm with the famous Turkish breakfast tray. They are mostly imported from Turkey. We import them to give you the best shuffles of the Turkish breakfast dishes. These olives, they are black olives and green olives. They're coming from the Asian part of Turkey, which we have the most delicious olives in Turkey. And feta cheese, this is my favorite. It comes from Edine region, which is very close to Balkan region. In fact, it is the Balkan region and in the northwest part of Turkey. They are very famous with their chief as well as Kashkabal chief is also from Balkan region. We use Persian cucumbers because we cannot put the cucumbers from there. But Persian cucumbers here are the ones that are very similar to what we have in Turkey, what we eat in Turkey. And we use taisley tomatoes and they are organic. This spread, we call it ajuka. We make it with pepper paste, olive oil, and we put a lot of walnuts. It comes with eggs, any kind of eggs you like. This is good for two people. Maybe sometimes for three people, you can share. It comes with Turkish bread basket. This one is timid. It's a round Turkish bagel with sashimi, very thin. And this one is, we call it poğaça, and it's like Turkish croissant, kind of. We also serve butter and jam, and of course, it comes with Turkish tea. Come and enjoy your breakfast. Come for the food. Stay for the trip to Saturday.
