Have you been back to Mao, Itsakaya, and Sushi in Dublin yet? I keep having to come back here because they constantly introduce new things to their menu. This time I wanted to come and try their katsu. The breading on this was light and crispy and the sauce that it came with was tangy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this. We got some garlic edamame to share and the hubby got himself some chicken hearts and some nigiri. Everything here is always so delicious and so fresh. Love it.
