@syd_zig's Review of St Regis Chicago - Chicago, IL

The hottest spot just opened up in Chicago. It's called Miro, and it's above the St. Regis Hotel. Matt took me here for our final date night before we had to head out our separate ways, and it was truly an amazing experience. The dining room and terraces offer breathtaking views of Navy Pier, the Chicago River, and Lake Michigan. Not only were the views great, but their food was so delicious. To start, we ordered the spicy bluefin tuna crispy rice. This was one of my favorite things that we ordered. Next, we got the salmon and truffle under Signature Raw, and this... I highly recommend getting if you like salmon. We also ordered the crispy pork fried rice, which was really good. And then we ordered some shrimp tempura rolls as well as eel rolls. I of course had to end the night with some chocolate after hearing that Juan Gutierrez, the winner of School of Chocolate, is their pastry chef here. If you want to go to Miro, I highly recommend making reservations now.
