Gather around kids. Yes, I couldn't help myself. But anyway, let's talk about Gather in Chicago's Lincoln Square. Everything about the restaurant has been thought through. Unless you're a vegan or vegetarian, I would say the whipped ricotta is a no-brainer. The combination of the balsamic vinegar and the light cheese, which is whipped, is just delicious. When I'm fixated that much on a food item, you know what's up. Which brings us to the next item, the Brussels sprouts. Perfectly fried and roasted not oily but very very very delicious and decadent i mean look at this it feels like you're eating okonomiyaki but it's brasa sprouts even your friends who don't like the brasa sprouts will be like let's order this stuff which brings us to the last two items the chicken and the pasta everyone is talking about the chicken and there's a reason for that give it a try the pasta without the shrimp i like However, overall the texture and the flavor were spot on.
