for the past couple weeks my friend and i have been gallivanting through different parts of europe and along the way we've tried some different gelato shops here and there and they've all sort of just tasted like regular everyday ice cream to me until we went to bavoli in florence italy bavoli is the first ever gelato shop to open in florence and is a family-run store i have been wanting to come here for years and it definitely lived up to the hype like once you have had real authentic gelato you will never again mistake it for fake gelato I got Amoretti cookie flavor and the chocolate mousse and it was so insanely good if you're ever in Florence you have to make a stop
