Welcome to Everything We Eat in Disney, part one. We started off in Disney Springs at Gideon's Bakery. It's a very edgy and fun vibe. We got a chocolate banana cookie and a pistachio toffee cookie, but we're waiting till the morning to eat them for breakfast. Next, we headed over to Enzo's Hideaway for an Italian dinner. It's super cute, super speakeasy vibes. Italian. We started off with the burrata caprese appetizer. It was really good. The cheese could have had a little more flavor. We ended up adding a lot of balsamic. Entree, I got the eggplant parmigiana. Fantastic. Such good flavor. Oh my goodness. For dessert, I split the cannolis with a friend and honestly, the pistachio was my absolute favorite. Then we headed over to the Coca-Cola store and got a flight of different cold brews. We got a cinnamon cold brew, a Sprite and Cranberry Cold Brew and a Gingerbread Cold Brew. Honestly, the Gingerbread was good, the Sprite Cranberry was alright, and the Cinnamon Cold Brew was eh, it's alright. I wouldn't pay $14 for this again.
