@sip_prosecco's Review of White Horse Inn - Metamora, Michigan

Restaurants in Michigan you need to add to your list this holiday season. In the small town of Metamora lies one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Michigan, White Horse Inn. We come here for special occasions, and in this case, it happened to be my birthday. During the holidays, they really decorate the restaurant beautifully, and you can grab a drink and hang out by the roaring fire, which is probably my favorite place to be. Oh, hello, Brad Pitt. I mean, the bathrooms are gorgeous. Hello! The ambiance is just top-notch, and the food... Let's get to it. Always starting with a champagne cocktail and the Brussels sprouts. Oh my goodness. But nothing beats the pickles. The white horse pickles, if you haven't had them, I swear. I hate pickles, but I love these pickles. The French onion soup, the French dip my husband got for dinner. I got the ribeye. Everything was cooked beautifully and just so flavorful. And for dessert, we're always getting the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I mean, is anything more comforting? There is no... detail left out when it came to decorating. It is just a horse lover's paradise. And I'm a horse lover so I can be very biased but it is absolutely beautiful. Grab a drink, hang out by the roaring fire, enjoy the atmosphere, or reserve one of their four snow globes. We have done this many times in the past and love having a great celebration here with friends and family. Every snow globe is unique and different to its own but reserve them early because they do go fast. up to Metamora and check out the White Horse Inn.
