Are you sure you aren't overpaying for Wagyu? Wagyu literally means Japanese cattle, but when you see it here in North America, odds are high that it's not actually from Japan. Of course, it doesn't taste the same. If you want to make your money go further, Blackjack Foods is the place to be. You can find Wagyu imported directly from Japan, from big cuts to smaller portions. I'm always impressed by their seafood selection, with most of it flowing in from Japan as well.
