Houston Eats, Local Legends by AtmosFi, Part 2, Houston Gulf Seafood. I almost drove past this spot on the freeway. Found it on Atmosfy. The menu is huge, but here's the play. Go for the lobster roll, more hybrid than classic seafood. The bag from Lotus Seafood is heavy. You get it home, open the lid, and the whole room changes. Order the hot box. The crawfish po'boy is a whole other story. And then there are the legends. You walk into Papadou and you know exactly why you're here. Get the Redfish Poncher Train, a true Houston classic.
