Did you know there's a place in Hawaii called Hanapepe, where it's actually a little small town that inspired to create Lilo and Stitch? Well, I've been wanting to go, and well, today's the day. So let's go on a 30-hour trip to Hawaii. Let's see what we discover and what more we can fit in there. I have my backpack with me and you along, so let's go. Just grab my backpack. And off we go to the airport with my favorite flight attendant. Isn't she the cutest? She also got me this thoughtful note and snacks for the trip, and it always adds such a special touch to our trips with her. And I don't know about you, but my trip actually starts as soon as I walk into that airport. The views in the air are just part of the adventure too. But once we landed, we went straight to our hotel room, and I mean, just look at this view right outside our room. Yeah, we were super happy. And it didn't take long to witness a Lilo and Stitch moment as right outside our hotel, they were giving out free shaved ice so you know we had to get one and enjoy it with some beach views. Although nobody was out there to enjoy a ho-ho-ho-i- I'm going to first arrive. The next day, we went for a cruise and hit up as many spots as we could while enjoying the island beauty right on the side of the road. Once we saw Stitch's mural, we knew we had made it to Hanapepe. They had a lot of souvenir stores and murals to take pictures in, but didn't take long to explore it as we continued for some more scenic views. Like the scene where Stitch wasn't too impressed with the view, and I mean, if I saw what he saw, I would understand. It seems like in order to get a good view here, you'll have to come a lot earlier before the thick fog takes over everything. Driving down, I saw this house and you can't tell me that isn't Lilo's house. Lastly we went into the lighthouse right by the airport. That driving to it was a little questionable, not gonna lie, but we made it an adventure and hey, I'm alive to tell the tale. And just like that, 30 hours had passed and I was on my way back home, but I'd say this was a successful trip.
