Hell or high water downtown. Go for the old-fashioned. More lounge than rooftop. Dark room, proper drinks. 8-Up Elevated Drinkery and Kitchen in downtown. Go for the When I Dip, You Dip Julep. Not the classic move. Rooftop, polished, date night. Seven in Nulu. Start with the smoked and soured four. You good move if you want cocktails with range. Low light, serious bar.
