Hey guys, Perry Trails here. I am in Gujo-Hachiman in Central Japan, and I'm finding out that sake here has really just evolved. And here is one of the forms. This is 11. It is by Jojo, which is a brewery in Aichi Prefecture that is like Nagoya. This is a peach yeast and honey sake. See, here's what it looks like. Let's try this baby out. Kanpai. That goes down almost like fruit juice. You could probably have the entire bottle and not realize that you're actually drinking something with a pretty good punch. I think it's like 10%. You know, not huge, but a little dab will do you. So, Peach Yeast and Honey Vodka, 11, by Jojo. And it is the Roman 11, X1. It's good.
