Have you been to eat more pho in Sunnyvale yet? I appreciate the landscaping when you drive up. It's seriously well kept and they have plenty of parking in the front and back which makes life easy. The pho here was incredible. I always judge pho based on the first sip and this broth was delicious. I got the chicken pho and the hubby got the short rib pho and wow. By now I've had a lot of short rib pho but this one totally stands out. It was probably the most tender one I've had. We also got the garlic noodles with calbi ribs and they were real. Probably some of the best garlic noodles I've ever had. It was super garlicky with crispy garlic sprinkled on top. I could not get enough. I also got a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, grilled shrimp, and egg rolls. It was so refreshing and full of flavor. I'd come back just for this. And don't forget to share some appetizers. The spring rolls came with a peanut sauce I could probably drink, and the fried wontons were so good. I wish I had ordered double. They even have robots that bring food to your table, which is such a fun touch. Like their namesake, come here and eat more pho.
