Have you been to Saigon Kitchen in San Jose yet? If you haven't been, you're seriously missing out. We shared a few dishes, but I want to highlight some of my favorites. The first thing I had was a grilled catfish and it was incredible. Super crispy skin, tender and flaky on the inside. And you get a big plate of herbs, veggies and rice paper so you can build your own rolls just how you like them. Definitely order the lobster with garlic noodles. It was so rich and buttery. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the noodles were garlicky, chewy. and soaked up all the flavor. And as good as that was, the surprise favorite for me was actually the crispy tofu. It had this unbelievably light crunch on the outside and the inside was silky soft like custard. It came out with a savory soy dipping sauce that pulled the whole thing together. So if you're looking for next level Vietnamese food, Saigon kitchen it is.
