Finally, I made it here. I'm so excited to try Matsunori hand roll bar. We started off with the steamed egg, which was cooked perfectly. Can't go wrong with some classic rolls, yellowtail and salmon akura, along with some spicy scallop. Delicious. I had little expectations for the eel hand roll, but wow, it was full of flavor. We had about five to six rolls on our visit, but if I had to pick a top two, I'd definitely say this one here, the uni and caviar, is definitely what hand roll dreams are made of. This is my second favorite, the Wagyu top of four. It just is so buttery and melts in your mouth. If you do visit, keep in mind there's no reservations and no alcohol. So here's a pro tip. Walk over to Tamat Market and have a cocktail. Bye.
