If you're ever in Denver and you want some good ramen, some good appetizers, along with some good cocktails, with great service, you definitely need to check out Genya Ramen Bar in Denver, Colorado. Now, once inside Genya, the decor is pretty cool, the atmosphere is nice, and the hospitality is great. Remember, folks, ramen is all the craze. Now, me and that girl can cook, Kayla. We start off with some great cocktails. Cheers to a great start of the year. The cocktails are really good. The bartender knows they're done. Now, I started with some Nikuman and some spicy tuna over crispy rice for the appetizer. Both were great. It was 10 out of 10, especially the Nikuman. It was really good with the curry sauce. Now, we got some Tansaku ramen with some pork belly. Yes, we do our happy dance because we're happy to get some ramen in our bellies after a great adventure. Look at that rich broth. Woo, so good. As home cooks do, we were talking about the amazing flavors inside of this Tansaku ramen. The noodles were cooked to perfection. We highly recommend the soft bull runny egg with your ramen. It's going to hit each and every time. We ended off with some cocktails. If you're ever indifferent, give Jingya Ramen Bar a try.
