Ruru Café Shibuya, a dreamy floating dining experience. Hidden in the heart of Shibuya, Ruru Café offers a dining experience that feels almost otherworldly. Here, drinks and desserts don't just sit on a table, they float. Served on clear platters that glide across a tranquil water surface, every bite feels like part of a mesmerizing, slow-moving display. The setting is just as breathtaking as the concept. The water table with its pristine white base is dotted with tiny green islands of grass and stones, creating a soothing Zen-like atmosphere. Watching your food drift toward you is an experience in itself. Almost too beautiful to disturb. Located at Sakura Side second floor, 3-4 Sakura Gokacho, Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan, RYU Cafe is open from 11 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., with prices ranging from $6 to $13.
