Have you been to June Bistro in Milpitas yet? This is a cozy spot serving incredible Yunnan cuisine. We came here to celebrate Lunar New Year and tried so many dishes. Each one was so thoughtfully crafted and so flavorful, but a few seriously threw the show. So let's dive in. First up, let's talk about the coconut coffee latte. It came in this adorable mushroom glass. It's creamy, rich, and has just the right hint of coconut. You can even purchase a mushroom glass to make this at home. We also got the truffle and mushroom rice. It's as amazing as it sounds. The truffle aroma hits you even before you take a bite, and the mushrooms add the perfect earthiness. I couldn't stop eating it. Next, the chrung fun. I wasn't planning on ordering this, but the hubby insisted, and I'm so glad he did. The noodles are rolled in such a unique way, and the flavor, so savory and satisfying. I may have eaten more than him. Each dish we tried was packed with flavor, and the service was so friendly and super attentive. If you're ever in the area you have to stop by June Bistro. Trust me your taste buds will thank you.
